Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their recovery goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various modalities including individual, couples, and group counseling sessions.

• Utilize tools such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to support clients facing addiction and mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve individuals experiencing challenges related to substance misuse, alongside a wide range of co-occurring mental health disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, often requiring culturally sensitive practices to ensure equitable care. Most engaging therapeutic sessions will revolve around addressing trauma, emotional crises, and strategies for suicide prevention.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a mental health-related field is mandatory for this position.

• Candidates must possess an independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license to practice in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
