Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to determine clients’ mental health and substance use needs, establishing a comprehensive understanding of their challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address individuals' specific needs, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to distinctive situations.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster open communication, understanding, and healing.

• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation through the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
