Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate the mental health and substance abuse needs of clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each individual's situation.

• Develop personalized and evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with clients, based on assessment findings and best practices in mental health care.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions that are tailored to meet the unique needs of clients, fostering a safe and supportive environment.

• Ensure precise and timely clinical documentation as required, utilizing our electronic health records (EHR) system to track client progress effectively.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, consisting of psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers, to provide integrated care focused on the holistic improvement of client mental health.

• Participate in case reviews and treatment planning meetings to collectively enhance client outcomes and share insights.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, utilizing your skills to stabilize clients during critical moments.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
