Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, providing you with the flexibility to create a work environment that suits your needs. As part of our telehealth services, you will work primarily with clients via secure online platforms, enabling you to conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and follow-ups without the constraints of geographical boundaries. Our operational hours are Monday through Saturday, promoting a balance between professional responsibilities and personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, tailoring interventions based on specific client needs.

• Perform initial evaluations to establish rapport, understand clients' backgrounds, and recommend appropriate treatment plans.

• Document assessments, treatment plans, and updates in an electronic health record system, ensuring timely communication with multidisciplinary teams during patient rounds.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to develop and implement individualized service plans for clients.

• Engage in continuous coordination with community professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive and holistic care.

• Provide case management for assigned patients, facilitating connections to additional resources, therapies, or support systems as required.

• Maintain the highest standards of ethical practice by completing documentation accurately and in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

As a Mental Health Counselor at MedCore, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
