Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Dazzle, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs precisely.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups using various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques.

• Proactively collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and additional professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, demonstrating strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills.

• Engage in outreach initiatives, including community workshops and mental health awareness campaigns, to promote services and destigmatize mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
