Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique circumstances.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Organize and lead supportive group therapy sessions to foster peer interactions and community support, helping clients to express their feelings and experiences in a safe setting.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including medical professionals and case managers, to create holistic care plans that address both mental and physical health aspects.

• Educate family members about mental health conditions and treatment strategies, involving them actively in the care process to enhance support for clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines, ensuring that all documentation reflects the standard of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adults facing emotional and psychological challenges related to chronic illness, grief, and end-of-life concerns. Qualifications\n

• A current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) relevant to providing mental health therapy.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. A master's degree in a related discipline is preferred.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling with at least two years of experience working in a clinical setting, preferably with vulnerable populations.

• Proficient in evidence-based practices for various mental health disorders and able to implement them effectively in your therapeutic approach.
