Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to ascertain clients' needs, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies for individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Techniques may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other applicable frameworks tailored to client needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to deliver holistic care that addresses both mental health needs and social determinants affecting clients' well-being.

• Provide crisis intervention and support strategies for clients experiencing acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate care protocols.

• Engage in community outreach programs and initiatives aimed at raising awareness about mental health issues, reducing stigma, and promoting available resources.

Your role will include working with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults from various cultural, social, and economic backgrounds. Qualifications\n
