Work Environment\n

This role is offered in a remote setting, designed to provide flexibility while ensuring that our therapists maintain strong connections with clients and team members alike. You will work primarily from your home office but will have continuous access to telehealth tools and resources, enabling you to conduct therapy sessions securely and efficiently. The typical work schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in hours required to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform detailed assessments to accurately gauge clients' mental health needs, facilitating the development of tailored treatment plans that reflect individual goals and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to facilitate effective therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups that create a nurturing community environment for individuals to share experiences and learn about mental health conditions.
\n
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention during mental health emergencies to ensure client safety and well-being.
\n
• Educate clients on various mental health topics, treatment modalities, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain complete and confidential client documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development workshops to enhance skills and contribute to the team.

• Commit to staying informed about the latest research and trends in mental health to continuously improve therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients are diverse and encompass individuals dealing with a wide array of mental health disorders including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse issues. Each therapist is expected to approach clients with cultural competency and a sensitivity to personal backgrounds, providing a safe space for healing and growth. Your expertise will allow you to make significant, positive impacts in their lives, guiding them through their unique challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of current and valid licensure as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the State of Washington is essential.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, coupled with proficiency in evidence-based treatment methodologies and therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated ability to perform mental health assessments and formulate effective treatment plans.
\n
• Experience in providing individual therapy and group therapy to diverse populations with varying needs.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, reflecting the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications to manage client information effectively.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment, promoting the best outcomes for all clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is advantageous.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and social equity practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The earning potential for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
