Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapy modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to individuals, groups, and families.

• Provide crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring they receive timely support during emergencies and connecting them with appropriate resources.

• Engage in collaborative case management, working closely with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and track client progress.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives and educational activities aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma associated with mental illness.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential to qualify for this position.
