Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, followed by the formulation of effective treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care approaches.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure a holistic and coordinated care experience for all clients.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute mental health distress or emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives to raise awareness about mental health issues, promoting understanding and reducing stigma.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, addressing a wide array of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex conditions such as PTSD and bipolar disorder. Your ability to demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity will be essential in building rapport with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring respectful and individualized care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as either a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of establishing rapport and developing therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.
