Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and diagnostic evaluations to understand clients’ mental health needs and formulate tailored treatment plans that promote effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, group sessions, and family counseling, employing various methodologies suitable for each client's unique circumstances.

• Collaborate seamlessly with case managers, psychiatrists, and other interdisciplinary professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care and treatment continuity.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and manage acute situations, ensuring that clients receive timely support and resources during critical moments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients represent a wide range of backgrounds, including individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic groups. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
