Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients to accurately identify their mental health needs and formulate effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, employing a calm, empathetic demeanor to de-escalate situations.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives and mental health education programs to raise awareness and promote accessibility to mental health resources.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
