Corporate Legal Assistant (M&A)

A well-respected Dallas law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Assistant to support its growing Corporate/M&A and Finance practice. This role is ideal for a legal assistant with strong experience supporting complex corporate transactions in a fast-paced law firm environment. Responsibilities Support attorneys with M&A, corporate, and finance transactions Prepare closing documents, signature packets, and closing binders Track transactions and manage deal logistics Coordinate Secretary of State filings and corporate certificates Maintain attorney calendars and schedule meetings Send documents via DocuSign and manage client correspondence Assist with corporate filings and transaction-related administrative support Qualifications 3-5+ years of Corporate/M&A Legal Assistant experience in a law firm Corporate M&A experience is required; corporate finance experience is highly preferred Experience supporting closings and complex corporate transactions Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, DocuSign, and iManage Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Choice Specialists
