Veterinary Client Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team at VCA West Coast Specialty and Emergency Animal Hospital. We need a personable, highly professional "service extraordinaire" to deliver this mission to our clients and their pets. Responsibilities Greeting clients, answering phones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms. Scheduling and confirming appointments. Routing phone calls to the appropriate person or department. Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments. Managing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence. Hospital maintenance – removing animal waste and ensuring the facility is neat and clean inside and outside. Compensation $20.00 – $24.50 per hour, dependent on education, experience, credentials, location, nature of practice, schedule, and additional responsibilities.
