Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team at Shippenville Nursing and Rehab, a 25-year veteran in providing quality long-term care and rehabilitation services to the surrounding community. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to work on a flexible schedule, providing personalized care to our residents while promoting a positive and supportive environment. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and performing resident assessments Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and prioritize resident-centered care Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and test results Engage with residents, families, and caregivers to ensure effective communication and address concerns Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance resident care About the Role At Shippenville Nursing and Rehab, we are committed to providing a warm and welcoming environment where our residents can thrive.
