Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate prospects and customers about insurance options. Establish, develop and maintain client relationships in insurance and financial services, and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Provide clients with comprehensive planning and insurance advice. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education. Courses on ethical and client centered sales practices will be required. Qualifications Preferred experience in insurance and financial services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must have applicable insurance licenses or must obtain applicable licensing requirements. Ability to work in a team environment, multi-task, stay organized, and be detailed oriented. Candidate must be self-motivated, take pride in getting work done accurately and timely, and must be ethical and honest.
