About the Role Are you passionate about building relationships and making an impact in your community? Our State Farm office is looking for a Customer Relations Representative / Marketing Manager to help grow our local presence and connect with businesses and organizations in meaningful ways. As a key part of our team, you’ll work closely with the Agent and Office Manager to develop and execute community marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building partnerships with local apartment complexes, car dealerships, realtors, and other businesses.
- Coordinating events that we participate in, ensuring successful engagement and brand awareness.
- Leading our annual "Doing Good" initiative, helping us launch and organize this community-focused effort.
- Brainstorming and implementing marketing activities that increase our visibility and impact.
- Someone outgoing, organized, and proactive.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.
- Passion for community engagement and event coordination.
- Part-time role with flexible hours.
- Opportunities to be creative and make a real difference in the community.
