Dental Claims Specialist

Seeking a detail-oriented Claims Referral Specialist III, this fully remote position will manage the accurate processing of dental claims, pre-authorizations, and referrals while meeting established production and quality standards. Key responsibilities Process dental claims, pre-authorizations, and referrals accurately within service level agreements Review and determine benefits in accordance with plan guidelines and regulatory requirements Handle complex claims involving Coordination of Benefits (COB) and specialized client accounts Required qualifications High school diploma or GED 1 to 5 years of dental claims processing or related experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute Strong 10-key data entry skills
