Executive Support Lead Job Details: Location: Hybrid - 3 days onsite in Hudson Yards, New York CityTravel: Up to 25% or more as needed to support additional locations including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and other sitesSalary Range: $120,000-$140,000We are seeking a Senior Executive Support Engineer to join a high-performing team supporting executive leadership and enterprise end users. This role is ideal for a seasoned IT professional who thrives in high-visibility environments, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and delivers exceptional white-glove support to senior executives. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted technology partner to executive stakeholders while helping drive modern workplace initiatives across endpoint management, collaboration technologies, AV support, security, and automation. Responsibilities Executive & VIP Technology SupportEnd User Computing & Device ManagementTroubleshoot and support Windows endpoints and virtual desktop environments.Manage and support Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, AWS WorkSpaces, and traditional VDI platforms.Administer and support Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Windows Autopilot.Oversee executive device lifecycle management including provisioning, upgrades, refreshes, maintenance, and retirement.Audiovisual & Collaboration SupportSupport executive conference rooms, meeting spaces, and hybrid work environments.Manage Microsoft Teams Rooms and associated AV technologies including displays, cameras, microphones, room-control systems, and conferencing hardware.Partner with facilities teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful meeting execution.Provide both onsite and remote support for collaboration technologies.Security & ComplianceEnsure executive support processes align with corporate security standards and compliance requirements.Work closely with security and infrastructure teams to maintain secure device configurations.Protect sensitive executive data while handling confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.Support enterprise security initiatives related to endpoint management and executive computing environments.Innovation, Automation & AIStay current with emerging AI and Generative AI technologies impacting the digital workplace.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process improvements.Support adoption of modern workplace technologies and end-user productivity solutions.Contribute ideas that enhance the overall employee and executive technology experience.Collaboration & Vendor ManagementPartner with cross-functional teams across IT, Security, HR, Facilities, and business units.Manage relationships with AV, hardware, software, and technology vendors.Assist with evaluating and implementing new workplace technologies.Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support runbooks.Required Qualifications10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years focused on Executive Support, End User Computing, Digital Workplace, or related areas.Proven experience supporting senior executives, leadership teams, or other high-profile business users.Strong hands-on experience with:Microsoft 365Microsoft IntuneSCCMWindows AutopilotAzure Virtual Desktop (AVD)Windows 365AWS WorkSpacesExperience with enterprise endpoint management and device lifecycle management.Knowledge of Microsoft E5 Security capabilities and modern workplace security practices.Experience supporting enterprise collaboration platforms and audiovisual environments.Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.Preferred QualificationsExperience within an executive or VIP support model.Background in incident management and enterprise IT escalations.Experience creating operational documentation and technical runbooks.Prior experience mentoring support staff or serving as a senior technical lead.Strong understanding of enterprise collaboration technologies and meeting room solutions.Experience with automation and process improvement initiatives.Familiarity with AI and Generative AI technologies used in workplace environments.Estimated Min Rate: $120000.00Estimated Max Rate: $140000.00What’s In It for You?We welcome you to be a part of the largest and legendary global staffing companies to meet your career aspirations.
