Job Title: Client Account Coordinator – P1 Client Services Associate
Schedule: Monday–Friday

• 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay: Starting at $22/hour (flexible based on experience and skill set) About the RoleWe are seeking an organized and driven Client Account Coordinator (Client Services Associate) to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage client requests, coordinate production workflows, and deliver outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate has a background in project management and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, handling requests and inquiries
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline production workflows
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and accuracy
• Maintain detailed records, project documentation, and up-to-date client information
• Identify areas for process improvement and support team efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong project management or project coordination experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Print and mail industry experience a plus, but not required
