Staffing Coordinator

Work Schedule This is a 0.9 FTE position. 4, 8, or 12 hour shifts between 7a - 11p will be scheduled. This will include 1:6 weekends and some holidays. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We Are Seeking a Staffing Coordinator To Build partnerships with various disciplines across the organization. Communicate sick calls, calculate and forecast future staffing needs. Critically think to allocate and assign resources to fill current daily staffing needs across nursing.
