Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations using the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) under clinical supervision, accurately assessing clients' needs.

• Provide targeted psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize telehealth technologies effectively for therapy sessions, ensuring all services are delivered in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Engage in crisis intervention and develop treatment plans that facilitate patient engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Maintain clinical records meticulously, preparing reports, documenting interactions, and coordinating care with specialists when necessary.

• Participate in collaborative consultations with interdisciplinary team members to enhance treatment strategies and foster a holistic treatment approach.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops as appropriate to address community needs and enhance therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your efforts will primarily focus on serving individuals and families facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and dual diagnoses. Qualifications\n

• Must be a licensed LMFT or possess a valid Psy.D to practice in the state of Washington.

• Hold a master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field (psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work) from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting is required.

• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records systems, demonstrating comfort and competence in digital communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 125,000 yearly, based on experience and qualifications.
