Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) at The Outlet Youth & Family Support, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.

• Providing therapeutic services, including individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans with measurable goals, adjusting interventions as necessary to promote client progress.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure cohesive and coordinated care for clients.

• Delivering crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and establishing safety plans to safeguard clients' well-being during critical moments.

• Facilitating psychoeducation classes and group therapy sessions to enhance the therapeutic experience and foster community among clients.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards to support client care and organizational accountability.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
