Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook and other standard office software. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Organized and detail oriented. Ability and desire to learn and overcome obstacles. Ability to work well independently as well as be part of a team. High School Diploma or GED/ppJob Duties:/pulliSchedule deliveries for vehicles/liliUpdating all vehicle information, parts, and serial numbers/liliApplying/taking payments and schedule shop related appointments - repairs, inspections, spray liners, etc./liliEnsure customers receive timely commitment dates and that Zoresco meets or exceeds expectations (cost, quality, and delivery)/liliSupport integrating data with the customers to provide end to end visibility to status and completion./liliManage the production reporting to ensure accurate information flow for labor and inventory accuracy./liliDevelop and maintain a positive relationship with customers, fellow leaders, employees, and departments that support the operational process./liliParts/Counter Sales - provide quotes and quality customer service./liliProvide quotes on accessories such as toolboxes, truck caps, etc./liliLog warranties./liliDaily schedule updates with tech status reports./li/ulpWorking Condition: In office and shop environments/ppShift: Days/ppExempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt/ppFull-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time/ppNumber of Openings: 1/ppPay Range/ppEOE Statement: We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
