Contract Attorney

Job Description

Insight Global is searching for a Contract Attorney for a healthcare enterprise client. This individual will provide immediate legal support to the Enterprise Procurement organization and assist with a significant volume of contract review and remediation efforts. The Contract Attorney will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, negotiating, amending, and remediating a variety of corporate agreements while ensuring alignment with company policies and business objectives. This role will help address an existing backlog of contract work while supporting ongoing enterprise initiatives across multiple business functions.

On a day-to-day basis, the Contract Attorney will partner closely with procurement professionals, legal teams, and business stakeholders to evaluate contractual risk, negotiate commercial terms, and support contract lifecycle management activities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a high volume of agreements in a fast-paced enterprise environment and have experience working across healthcare, financial services, technology, and professional services-related contracts. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Skills and Requirements

Master's degree

5+ years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts

5+ years of experience supporting large enterprise organizations, including contract review, drafting, and negotiation within healthcare, banking, and/or financial services environments

Experience reviewing and negotiating technology, professional services, and operational agreements

Experience with contract remediation, amendments, renewals, and contract lifecycle management activities Experience assisting with large-scale contract cleanup or backlog remediation projects

Prior experience working within healthcare payer, provider, or health services organizations
