Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota Special Education Teaching License (PELSB/MDE required)
• ASD teaching experience preferred; Tier 2 status required
• Previous experience managing small caseloads (up to 10 students)
• Strong collaboration skills working with paraprofessional and intervener teams

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction, accommodations, and modifications for a diverse caseload
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with school staff, paraprofessionals, and families to support student success
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Maintain accurate records and communication about student progress
