Qualifications and Experience:

• Current licensure as a Special Education Teacher is required
• Tier 3 or Tier 4 teaching license preferred for optimal program engagement
• Experience working with students on the autism spectrum is highly desirable
• Background in developing and implementing IEPs and specialized curriculum
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group instruction tailored to each student’s IEP goals
• Serve as an advocate for students with disabilities, ensuring access to appropriate resources and services
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust instructional strategies as needed
• Engage in collaboration with other educators, therapists, and families to maximize student achievement
• Participate in professional development and ongoing training relevant to the role
