Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage clients through individual and couple therapy sessions, focusing on a wide range of issues encompassing both relational and individual challenges. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting initial diagnostic assessments and developing actionable treatment plans tailored to each client. Facilitating therapeutic sessions for couples while also addressing each partner’s individual needs. Offering specialized support for issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, psychological abuse, job stress, and family conflicts. Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities and techniques to foster communication and resolve conflicts among family members. Maintaining thorough documentation of client progress, session details, and treatment outcomes in compliance with best practices and regulations. Patient Population / Client Focus You will primarily work with adults, children, and adolescents, addressing various issues affecting family dynamics, including separation, divorce, blended family challenges, and communication difficulties. Our diverse client base requires a sensitive and adaptive approach to treatment, ensuring that all clients feel supported and heard in their therapeutic journeys. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field. Current and active LMFT licensure in the state of Washington. Strong passion for patient care and a commitment to clinical excellence. Preferred Experience Experience working with diverse populations and understanding the nuances of cultural influences in therapy. Proficiency in teletherapy practices and familiarity with digital health tools. Experience in managing a caseload of clients with varied needs, ensuring the highest standards of care. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
