OVERVIEW: We are a leading provider of full-service staffing and management programs for the K-12 educational market. We are currently seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary representative of ESS within partnered school districts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position works in an environment with moderate noise level. (Examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic.)

- Conduct regular, in-person site-visits and meetings with ESS clients within Jones County.
- Serve as point of contact with each client and ESS management in all matters relating to contract and account operations.
- Manage and motivate staff, including hiring, firing, disciplinary management, and recognition duties.
- Assist with presentations to the school board of education.
- Train, direct, and appraise staff.
- Make daily schedules for proper manpower utilization.
- Develop and implement recruiting efforts for clients, such as job fairs and special hiring events.
- Provide exceptional customer service by providing solutions to issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Other duties as assigned by Regional Manager.
- Minimum of two years experience in management or a leadership role.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Must interact well with others.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with management reports.
- Maintain high ethical standards, integrity, and confidentiality.
