Job Duties With general autonomy, responsible for IT Operations (End User Support) within our North America region. Business Unit, such as business alignment, customer advocacy, demand management, and project management. Customer Services, request management, desktop support, COE standards, problem management and delivery management. Infrastructure Services, such as computer/mainframe operations, network Supports supplier relations where applicable. Program Management, such as, communication planning, process development, project management, project prioritization and monitoring. Supervises through subordinates, usually other managers. Coordinates various activities that are not necessarily related. Formulates general policies and procedures and makes long range plans. Job role is solely responsible for the direction of a major functional arm or area of the organization which impacts upon the overall planning, growth, profitability, or efficiency of the organization.
