Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Our client, a national leader in the construction industry, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a busy, fast-moving TA team. You will keep the hiring engine running by owning high volume interview scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS data management, all while delivering a great experience to candidates and hiring teams. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule a high volume of interviews across candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, including reschedules and last‑minute changes. Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records and data in the Applicant Tracking System. Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the process, ensuring timely communication and a strong candidate experience. Support recruiters with job postings, pipeline tracking, offer logistics, and onboarding handoffs. Respond to requests from hiring teams and candidates with a customer service mindset and quick turnaround. Assist with reporting, data cleanup, and process documentation for the TA team. Support the ATS migration project with data, testing, and administrative tasks as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
