As a Security Officer Patrol Concierge in Miami, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support residents and guests with exceptional customer service and communication. You will contribute to a caring, team-oriented environment while bringing integrity, reliability, and innovation to daily routines and security-related responses.

Pay Rate: $16.45 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management and/or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry when required, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.
• Prepare clear and timely activity logs, incident reports, and shift pass-down information to support ongoing awareness of security-related conditions at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
