Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $15.00 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 10:45 AM – 06:15 PM Thur: 10:45 AM – 09:15 PM Fri: 10:45 AM – 06:15 PM Sat: 10:45 AM – 06:15 PM Sun: 10:45 AM – 06:15 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a public location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout galleries, public areas, administrative spaces, and the exterior perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to control access, observe visitor activity, and report policy violations or maintenance concerns. Support order at the location by giving directions, answering questions, and reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or other security‑related concerns to the appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Accept that background investigation will be conducted in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. Accept a drug screen as permitted by law. Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment per state and/or local laws and regulations. A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
