SPG Consulting

SPG Consulting seeks a Director of Tax, Treasury & Corporate Compliance to lead global tax, treasury, and compliance functions from Boston or San Francisco. You will partner with Finance, Legal and advisory teams to ensure timely filings and robust controls.

You will drive transfer pricing, cross-border planning, audits, and process improvements, while mentoring the tax team and coordinating with FP&A, accounting and governance functions.
