Bilingual HR Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently working with a company looking for a Bilingual HR Coordinator in the Dallas TX area. If you have the qualifications listed below and are interested in this opportunity- apply with us today! Key Responsibilities Review timecards, track attendance, and monitor overtime. Run and distribute attendance, overtime, and HR reports. Communicate attendance policies and concerns with supervisors. Support onboarding and welcome new hires on their first day. Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related supervisor inquiries. Coordinate routine HR tasks and ensure timely completion of reports. Maintain accurate employee records and confidentiality. Assist with additional HR projects and administrative duties as needed. Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish required. 2+ years of HR, payroll, or related experience preferred. Experience with timekeeping, attendance tracking, or reporting is a plus. Strong Microsoft Office and Teams skills. Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
