Accounts Payable Data Entry Clerk
The HT Group is hiring an Accounts Payable Data Entry Clerk for a client in Beaumont, TX.
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Schedule: MondayFriday | 40 hours/week | Flexible schedule Pay: $15$18/hour DOE
Job Responsibilities
- Process, verify, and code vendor invoices
- Prepare and process vendor payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain AP records and vendor documentation
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments
- Reconcile corporate credit card transactions
- Perform general clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of accounts payable experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and web-based software
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment
IN-OFFICE position remote work is not available Business casual dress required
