Mid-Level Sales Representative - Florida

Job Type: Full‑Time, Exempt Field Work Requirement: 65% territory presence in person, 10% outside Florida travel, 25% in office Position Summary Marcal Paper is seeking a seasoned, field‑based Mid‑Level Sales Representative to drive demand across the Central Florida territory through end‑user pull‑through and strategic distributor collaboration. The ideal candidate blends strong territory discipline with proven skills in indirect B2B selling, ideally within the JANSAN Industry, facility supplies, or away‑from‑home paper products. Key Responsibilities Drive end‑user engagements to stimulate demand and product pull‑through via distribution partners Maintain consistent territory presence, with in‑person visits to key accounts throughout Partner with distributors to execute joint sales calls, promotional efforts, training, and product trials Serve as Marcal’s product expert, promoting tissue and towel solutions Build and manage a robust sales pipeline via cold calling, referrals, and upselling strategies Monitor competitive actions and customer feedback to refine sales tactics Maintain precise customer records including activity logs, forecasts, and pipeline status Represent the company at relevant industry events and trade shows Lend support to National Accounts, including calls Required Qualifications 3–7 years of B2B territory sales experience, preferably in JANSAN, facility supplies, or related channels Demonstrated success in end‑user selling and converting opportunities Experience managing relationships through distribution partners Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to sustain 65% travel and in‑territory presence, 10% outside to southern states including NC, TN, GA, and LA.
