Position Details Title: SAP iXp Intern – Associate Project Manager Location: Newtown Square, PA Expected start date: July 2026 Duration: 6 Months (potential for extension) Schedule: 30–40 Hours per week Meet Your Team The SLEDH Delivery team falls under the US Public Services Organization within Customer Services and Delivery. We serve State, Local, Education and Healthcare customers across the United States. As a national team, team members and customers span the country and all US time zones. What You’ll Do The Associate Project Manager supports a Senior Project Manager, Portfolio Manager, or Program Manager in all aspects of the project life cycle: initiative, planning, monitoring, control, and close. This junior position performs basic functions to support SAP Services delivery execution on customer engagements. Responsibilities Assist in the delivery of SAP Software and services as required and directed by SAP Delivery or Project Manager Assist with project coordination, planning and management Capture project metrics and ensure they are clearly communicated to appropriate SAP or Customer team members Manage revenue backlog in SAP systems for assigned projects Expectations and Tasks Participate in initial training to quickly learn targeted SAP technologies and methodologies. Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction and develop referenceable customers. Create and maintain procedures and manuals. Track project status through internal and external tracking tools and assist in weekly status reporting. Assist in developing process and templates, as well as establishing document control procedures. Support project team through data management, scheduling, and coordination of events. Manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, and respond to project and customer needs. Adapt and function effectively in a fast‑paced, changing environment while working under deadlines. Take initiative, drive results, and accept increasing levels of responsibility. Build credible relationships with peers and clients, pursuing continuous professional learning. Learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively. What You Bring Prefer prior experience involving project coordination or administrative project specialist function. Ability to work as a team player, with the ability to work independently. Analytical and detail oriented. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal, written presentation, and listening.
