Civil Litigation Associate | Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) – Up to $250k

Location/Schedule: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Base Salary: Up to $250k (plus performance bonuses)

Practice: Complex Civil & Commercial Litigation – Business disputes, contract litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, and high-stakes commercial matters.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage complex civil and commercial litigation matters from pleadings through discovery, motion practice, and trial.
• Conduct depositions, prepare witnesses, and handle all aspects of case development and strategy.
• Draft high-quality pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients on case strategy, risk assessment, and resolution.
• Take increasing ownership of files with real responsibility and visibility.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):

• JD and active GA bar.
• 3–9 years of complex civil or commercial litigation experience with strong writing and advocacy skills.
• Trial or arbitration experience is a plus.
