Product Manager

The Opportunity HeC, a property of Everyday Health Group, is looking for a Product Manager who thrives on solving complex problems and building impactful recruiting solutions. If you have a track record of driving growth in SaaS products, we need you to join Health eCareers and help us connect healthcare professionals with their ideal careers. As Product Manager, you will shape the future of healthcare talent acquisition. Within the first 12 months you will define and execute a product roadmap that demonstrably increases engagement metrics such as applications per job view and activation rate, leading to measurable growth in platform usage and partner retention. Key Responsibilities Drive Product Innovation and Execution: Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality features and enhancements. Collaborate with the Data Science team and external vendors to expand the scope of AI solutions matching healthcare professionals to employers. Deeply Understand Users (Job Seekers): Establish a deep understanding of healthcare job seekers’ needs, behaviors, and pain points through user research, data analysis, and collaboration with customer‑facing teams. Collaborate Effectively Across Teams: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and partner management to ensure alignment and successful product delivery, establishing clear communication channels within the first 3 months. Utilize Data to Drive Decisions: Establish and leverage OKRs to track progress, identify improvement areas, and make data‑driven product decisions. Job Qualifications Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong communicator able to influence and build relationships with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. Track Record of Product Management: 3+ years leading product engineering teams and launching successful products, ideally within a two‑sided marketplace or SaaS environment. End‑to‑End Funnel Expertise: Hands‑on experience analyzing and optimizing the full user experience funnel, prioritizing experiments and implementing changes that lift conversion rates. Experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests. SEO Strategy and Organic Growth: Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, on‑page optimization, structured data, and the evolving search landscape, with ability to translate that knowledge into product and content strategies. Passionate about Health eCareers’ Mission: Excitement for connecting healthcare professionals with opportunities and a history of translating user research into product improvements. Experience in the Online Recruitment Industry (plus): Understanding of the dynamics between employers and job seekers. Salary and Benefits Base pay range: $105,000 to $135,000. Individual pay is determined based on experience, scope of the role, and other factors.
