We’re hiring a litigation paralegal to assist our civil/personal injury legal team in preparing and responding to discovery requests, drafting and filing motions, coordinating other day-to-day case activities, maintaining communication with clients, and conducting limited legal research. Compensation:

$60,000 - $70,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of discovery, ensuring timely and accurate responses to requests.

• Draft, review, and file motions and pleadings, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and compliance.

• Maintain open and effective communication with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries promptly.

• Conduct limited legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.

• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions, ensuring all necessary materials are organized and accessible.

• Manage case files and documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily retrievable.

• Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies and identify potential areas of improvement in processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Experience in coordinating and managing discovery processes with precision and timeliness.

• Ability to draft, review, and file legal documents with a high degree of accuracy and compliance.

• Proven track record of maintaining effective communication with clients, ensuring clarity and responsiveness.

• Skilled in conducting legal research to support case preparation and strategic development.

• Experience in assisting attorneys with trial preparation, ensuring all materials are organized and accessible.

• Strong organizational skills to manage case files and documentation efficiently.

• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with the legal team in developing case strategies and improving processes.
