Litigation Paralegal
Our firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage a fast-paced caseload while supporting attorneys throughout all phases of litigation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with attorneys to move cases efficiently through the litigation process
- Schedule and coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
- Assist with gathering, organizing, and managing documents for discovery and trial preparation
- Draft, prepare, and issue discovery responses, as well as deposition and mediation notices
- Maintain and manage litigation calendars, including all court deadlines and case-related events
- Communicate case updates to clients in a clear and professional manner
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing deadlines
- Able to remain composed and effective in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Filevine is a plus
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday through Friday (8-hour shift)
- Please note that health insurance is not currently offered as part of our benefits package.
