We have 50+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.We're offering benefits including a hiring bonus, opportunity for advancement, paid time off, training & development, 401(k), bonus based on performance, competitive salary, and flexible schedule.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.QualificationsEffective written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
