Base pay range $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr Responsibilities Help shape the member’s shopping experience by keeping a well-kept parking lot and assisting members with their purchases. Ensure carts are ready and available; assist members with loading vehicles and creating a great member experience. Be on your feet and active in all weather conditions to support members and operations. Maintain a positive attitude, greet members, and provide exceptional customer service across the club as needed. Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area. Assist with transporting items, organizing merchandise, and keeping designated areas accessible. Follow company policies and procedures for safety, merchandise handling, and reporting unsafe conditions. Assist with pickup orders, including notifying members of delays, offering alternatives, and ensuring proper packaging and delivery. Process member purchases and assist with payments according to policy; operate cash registers as needed. Promote the company’s products and services and resolve member issues and concerns. Adhere to Open Door Policy and applicable ethics and integrity standards in daily work.
