Community Based Counselor

Aspire Health Partners

Aspire Health Partners, a leading nonprofit behavioral healthcare provider in Central Florida, is seeking a Community Based Counselor to deliver client-centered counseling and recovery-focused support in home and community settings. In this role, you will provide mental health and substance use assessments, facilitate individualized treatment and safety plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions for children, adults, and families. You will coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, document in EHR systems, and link clients to community resources.
