Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote LMFT, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ mental and emotional well-being to identify issues and treatment needs.

• Developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
\n
• Delivering individual therapy sessions that address a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Facilitating couples therapy sessions to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relational bonds.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with all documentation requirements.

• Staying abreast of the latest research in marriage and family therapy to continuously improve clinical practice.

• Utilizing telehealth technologies proficiently to engage clients, ensuring a secure and supportive virtual therapy environment.

• Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to the collaborative care of clients with interdisciplinary professionals.

• Advocating for clients’ rights and well-being and empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve assisting a diverse client demographic, including teenagers navigating developmental challenges, adults managing personal and relational issues, and couples aiming to strengthen their partnerships. You will have the opportunity to facilitate meaningful change in the lives of those struggling with emotional distress, trauma, or relationship conflicts, supporting them in achieving their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board.
\n
• Strong skills in assessment and treatment planning, along with proficiency in therapeutic techniques related to couple's and individual therapy.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to document effectively and comprehensively in electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, applicants with the following experiences will be given preference:

• Previous experience providing therapy to individual clients and couples.
\n
• Experience working with both children and adults, preferably in a telehealth or remote setting.

• A strong understanding of and experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
