At SThree, we're looking for an Associate Talent Acquisition Consultant to help identify, engage, and attract top talent while building a rewarding career in a global STEM-specialist recruitment business. What You'll Do As an Associate Talent Acquisition Consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting our hiring strategy by: Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking. Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Conducting initial candidate screenings and assessing suitability for open positions. Coordinating interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Partnering with hiring managers and recruiters to understand talent requirements and market trends. Maintaining accurate candidate records within recruitment systems and databases.
