Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the unique needs of children and families.

• Participate in the development and execution of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that family goals are clearly delineated and pursued.

• Monitor client outcomes regularly, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize effectiveness and support family progress.

• Provide thorough support and education to families regarding critical strategies that enhance child development, applying a coaching model and natural environment teaching methodologies.

• Administer additional evaluative assessments, ensuring compliance with all Federal and State regulations governing interventions.

• Foster a strong rapport with children, families, and team members to create a nurturing and effective learning environment.

• Recommend frequency and types of services based on child development assessments and family priorities.
\n
• Maintain high standards of professional integrity, ensuring the health and safety of clients and colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young children, specifically those from birth to three years of age who may have developmental delays, disabilities, or challenges that impede their growth. You will engage closely with families, empowering them to participate actively in their child’s developmental journey and providing them with essential tools and strategies to foster an optimal learning environment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

• Possess a valid Texas driver's license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
