Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' mental health needs by assessing their emotional, behavioral, and social functioning through clinically validated assessment tools.

• Develop, implement, and periodically revise individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, focusing on creating culturally competent solutions tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.

• Provide psychotherapy, including individual and group therapy sessions, to address conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) among detox patients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, addiction counselors, and primary care providers, ensuring a holistic approach to patient treatment and progress.

• Monitor and document patient progress through electronic health records (EHRs), making adjustments to treatment plans based on patient feedback and clinical insights.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, therapy processes, treatment options, and available community resources that support recovery and overall health.

• Maintain professional and ethical standards, ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality regulations and best practices relating to informed consent and patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on patients enrolled in our detox program, who may be dealing with substance use disorders coupled with complex mental health conditions. This client population often presents unique challenges, including co-occurring disorders, trauma histories, and diverse cultural backgrounds. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be instrumental in guiding these individuals towards recovery through support and informed clinical interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of direct experience in providing psychotherapy and other mental health services, ideally within a detox, rehabilitation, or similar setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
