Starting Salary: $72K Annually. (negotiable dependent upon experience)
This is an in-office role located in Lakewood, New Jersey.Requirements Credit Analyst II
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial underwriting (with a focus on commercial real estate) OR a minimum of 5 years banking experience (or related commercial real estate finance experience)
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study
- Specialized bank lending education/training preferred (but not required)
- Intermediate commercial real estate underwriting skills and experience, SBA experience preferred
- Proficient in:
- English (reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics)
- Interpersonal relations and communication
- Organizational skills
- PC skills, including Microsoft Office, and ability to learn specific financial software
- Ability to manage a moderate workload on a consistent basis with limited oversight
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under strict time requirements or under tight timeframes
- Developed financial analysis skills
- Thorough knowledge of current related obligations
